The Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology – IZIIS, through its representatives, participated in the twentieth international symposium organized by the Macedonian Association of Structural Engineers – MASE.  

The director of the Institute, Prof. D-r. Vlatko Sheshov, had the honor to participate in the opening speech at the symposium. The significant number of submitted papers by the representatives of IZIIS once again contributed to the shared scientific achievements. Of particular importance were the recognitions and awards presented for the best achievements in structural engineering in the Republic of North Macedonia, which were received by some of our colleagues. Additionally, the representatives of IZIIS proudly served as invited lecturers, session chairs and presenters. 

The Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology – IZIIS congratulates the Macedonian Association of Structural Engineers – MASE for the successful organization of this year’s symposium and for setting the high standard that should be followed in the future.
