Again, in these difficult times of worldwide pandemic, the region was stricken by a strong earthquake with moment magnitude of 6.4, which took a place in Croatia near Petrinje. The first data point to considerable material losses, but also human victims. At this moment, we are expressing our deep condolences to the families of those who perished and we are wishing a fast and successful rescue of those under the ruins. Earthquakes doesn’t recognize borders and nations. IZIIS is making available all of its capacities and is appealing to all relevant institutions for assistance and solidarity that are of extraordinary importance in the case of such disasters.
