According to the foreseen activities in the framework of the 2021/2022 research funding program by the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje a series of quasi static tests were performed followed by accompanied activities. Namely, two test elements, reinforced concrete columns were first tested in their initial condition, repaired by polyurethane, and then tested again. Hence, an insight of the efficiency of the proposed repair solution was given in a general way as well as detailed information of the response and behavior of the element given by the transducers that were part of the instrumentation setup. The obtained results represent a solid benchmark for further numerical analyses where the proposed method could be potentially implemented.
